See how it changes

Charts over a week, month, three months, six months or a year, with averages and ranges, and a history you can filter by date.

Share when you choose

Make a PDF report to take to your doctor, export or import your readings as CSV, and optionally send them to Health Connect.

Keep track of family

With Premium, add profiles for a partner or parent, each with their own readings, reminders and report.

Your data stays on your phone

There is no account and no cloud. Readings are kept in an encrypted database on your device and are not backed up or sent anywhere unless you export them.

Optional App Lock

Protect the app with a PIN or your fingerprint or face.

No tracking

No ads, no analytics, no tracking. This page has no cookies or analytics either. Read the full privacy policy.

Free, with one optional upgrade

Pocket Pressure is free to use. There is an optional one-time Premium purchase through Google Play, and no subscription. Premium adds the full doctor report with your details, Insights that compare this week or month with the last, extra profiles, multiple reminders, home screen widgets and custom colour themes. Everything else stays free.

Questions

Does it measure my blood pressure?

No. You type in the readings from your own blood pressure monitor. The app records them, charts them and helps you share them.

Is it a medical device?

No. Pocket Pressure is a personal tracking tool. It does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not give medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional to interpret your readings or with any health concerns.

Will my readings move to a new phone?

Not automatically, because they're stored only on your device. Export a CSV from Settings, then import it on the new phone.

Is it available on iPhone?

Not at the moment. It is Android only.
